So many options!

Making up my mind....

Yikes! Has it really been four days since I last posted?

Just so you know that I haven't forsaken you here in blogland, I will say that I have been quite busy over at Pinterest for the past few days. As my friend Kate over at {be merry kate} told me when she invited me to join, "It is addicting!" Truer words have never been spoken. You should check out what I've been up to there--and I don't say this with the ulterior motive of shameless self-promotion--I really have been busy looking for inspiration for you, my dear readers, for your own design escapades!

In other news, on my own design front, I spent about two hours scouring the supplies of Hobby Lobby and JoAnn Fabrics this past weekend, looking for the perfect fabric to use to cover my garbage find I told you about last week.

This was only the beginning of the options
I knew that I was not going to be able to make up my mind about what I wanted while I wandered through the stores. So I brought along my trusty camera and took snapshots of all of the fabrics that piqued my fancy. There were so many options! By the end of my browsing, I had more than thirty "maybes". Good thing I had decided only to look, eh? Here are some of the possibilities:

Definitely Top-5

Maybe Top-5?

This is definitely a contender..if not for the chair, maybe as a pillow cover!

Different, I know. But something like this could be fun!

Love the pattern. And the quilted make of the fabric!
Meh. Too hotel-y.

This would be nice...if it didn't cost $47/yard!

I like these two...perhaps a bit too trendy. Liable to go "out of style".

This one is definitely in the top 5.

This is a nice pattern...But does anyone else see the pig fetus?

I think I am running out of places for my Top-5...

Top-5. Tres simple, I know. Might look good with that pillow cover from above!

Too cutesy?
Top-5

This one was nice in the store...not so sure about it now
Not sure it would match anything in my house.

AH! So many choices. I am narrowing them down, one-by-one. You have an opinion? Let me hear it, please!

  1. I vote for the "trendy" ones. That fabric is trendy now, but you can find it in grandmother's houses' all over the place. It's not going to go out of style. Plus, the two look amazing together too.

If not those, then the one right below those that you have definitely in your top 5!
